For an international company, we are searching for an experienced Sales Account Manager who will cover the region Czech Republic and Slovakia and will be a part of the European Commercial Team. The Sales Account Manager will develop the current customer portfolio in the assigned region and will be focused on clientele expansion too.

You will be responsible for:

  • Selling value-added solutions and ingredients within Food & Beverage industry
  • Growing existing business and obtaining new customer accounts
  • Building and developing relationships with customers
  • Handling accounts and partner with decision makers for innovative new product development projects
  • Developing, implementing, and managing account-specific strategies
  • Delivering short- and medium-term sales plans and forecasts based on analysis with regard to sales, cost, markets, new business development and customers
  • Contributing information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reaction from accounts
  • Cooperating with Marketing, Product Development, Technology & Innovation, Manufacturing and Distribution

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales environment – chemical industry, FMCG
  • Communicative level of English – daily use, excellent level of Czech language
  • Excellent communicative skills, experience in working both autonomously as well as in a team
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks in an effective manner
  • Willing and able to travel – Czech Republic, Slovakia Germany
